Unless otherwise stated, all prices are per person, based on double occupancy, for specific stateroom categories and subject to availability at time of booking on selected departure dates. Airfare, transfers, port charges and government fees are additional unless otherwise specified. Rates are valid at time of posting to the Internet. Offers are capacity controlled and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Some restrictions and blackout periods may apply. Richmond CruiseShipCenters is not responsible for errors of omission or information that may occur as a result of the transfer of information from selected third parties, technical or human error.
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes on our Homepage. This way, our subscribers are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Richmond CruiseShipCenters is acting as intermediary and agent for suppliers ("principals" identified on the travel order/receipt) in selling services, or in accepting reservations for services which are not directly supplied by this agency (such as cruises, air carriage, hotel accomodations, ground transortation, meals, tours, etc.). This agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which results in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Unless the term "Guaranteed" is specically stated in writing on your ticket, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings, or reservation. Agents shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any travleller in connetion with terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the agent's control. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveller(s) voluntarily assume(s) all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveller is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members.
Richmond CruiseShipCenters will charge a cancellation fee of $100.00 per cabin/booking on all cruise travel or $100.00 for on all air or other travel arrangements. This fee is used to cover our administration costs in processing the cancellation and is in addition to any cancellation penalties charged by the supplier (cruise line, airline carrier or any other travel company). If the cancellation is due to a compassionate reason, we may offer a cruise credit certificate in the amount of the $100.00 cancellation fee, good towards a future re-booking.
